Mechanic Solder Paste Xgs60

The Mechanic XGS60 is a low-temperature, lead-free solder paste flux used for electronic rework on printed circuit boards (PCBs), SMD, and BGA components. It melts at a low temperature of around 138°C to 158°C and contains "IPX6" flux, which signifies a highly active, no-clean formulation that ensures strong, stable bonding and prevents oxidation during the soldering process
