Terms of Service

1. Marketplace role

Nunuza is a multi-vendor marketplace. Items are offered by independent sellers, not by Nunuza directly. We provide the platform; the seller is responsible for the description, condition, price, delivery, and legality of each listing.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account or list goods. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep credentials confidential and report unauthorised use to support.

3. Listings

• Listings must be accurate. Misrepresenting condition, brand, price, or availability is not allowed.
• You must own the rights to images and copy you upload, or have permission from the rights holder.
• Prohibited goods include counterfeits, weapons, regulated drugs, wildlife products, stolen items, and anything illegal under Kenyan law.
• Listings may be reviewed, edited, or removed at our discretion.

4. Buyer conduct

Inspect goods before paying where possible. Disputes are between buyer and seller; we may help with information but are not party to the transaction.

5. Fees

Listing on Nunuza is currently free. We may introduce fees with notice.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nunuza is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of buyers and sellers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kenya.
