1. Who we are

Nunuza ("we", "us") operates the marketplace at nunuza.shop and nunuza.co.ke from Nairobi, Kenya. We aggregate listings from third-party sellers and partner sites and present them to shoppers.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email, phone number, and name when you register or list items.
• Listing data: text, photos, prices, and contact details you submit.
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches, clicks, dwell time, device type, IP address, and approximate location. This is used for relevance, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics.
• Cookies and similar storage: session cookies for login, preference cookies for theme and locale, and analytics cookies. See section 4.

3. How we use it

• To run the marketplace, including matching buyers and sellers and showing relevant listings.
• To detect fraud, abuse, prohibited goods, and policy violations.
• To improve search ranking, recommendations, and the quality of automated category and brand tagging.
• To contact you about your account, listings, or material policy changes.

4. Cookies and third-party advertising

We use first-party cookies for authentication and preferences. We also use third-party services that may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics and Google Search Console for traffic measurement and indexing diagnostics.
• Google AdSense and other Google advertising products may serve ads on this site. These services use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for fraud and dispute resolution. Listing and analytics data may be retained in aggregated form indefinitely.

7. Your rights
