Heavy Commercial Wheel Alignment With Four Post Lift With Accessories

Product Description
Wheel alignment on a four-post car lift (alignment rack) is the process of adjusting a vehicle’s suspension geometry—camber, caster, and toe—while the car rests on its wheels on a level, elevated platform.
Unlike a two-post lift (where wheels hang free), a four-post alignment lift supports the vehicle by its tires, simulating normal driving conditions for accurate measurement and adjustment.
How It Works
Drive-On Setup
The vehicle is driven onto the four-post lift’s runways and secured.
Level & Lock
The lift raises the car to working height and locks into position to ensure stability.
Turntables & Slip Plates
Front turntables allow wheels to pivot freely during caster and toe adjustments.
Rear slip plates allow slight lateral movement so suspension settles naturally.
Alignment Sensors/Targets Installed
Modern systems use 3D
