Fibermesh (Synthetic Concrete Anticrack)
Product Description
Fibermesh is mixed directly into fresh concrete to reduce cracking and improve strength. The fibers are added inside the mixer before pouring. They spread evenly throughout the concrete, forming a reinforcement network that controls shrinkage cracks, improves impact resistance, and increases durability.
To use it, you first measure the required amount of fibers (usually 0.6–1.0 kg per cubic meter for normal slabs). Pour the fibers slowly into the concrete mixer while it is running to avoid clumping. Mix for 3–5 minutes until fully blended. Then place, compact, and finish the concrete normally.
Fibermesh replaces or reduces light steel mesh in many applications and is commonly used in slabs, driveways, floors, pavements, tank bases, and repair works.
