FiberMesh is added directly into the concrete mix to help prevent cracks and improve strength. It replaces or reduces traditional steel mesh 1. Add FiberMesh to the Concrete Mix Pour the concrete materials into the mixer. Slowly add the required amount of FiberMesh based on dosage (usually 0.9–1.2 kg per m3). Adding slowly prevents clumping. 2. Mix Thoroughly Mix for 3–5 minutes until the fibers spread evenly through the whole concrete. Proper mixing ensures no lumps of fibers appear in the final slab. 3. Pour the Concrete Normally Place the concrete as usual — wheelbarrow, pump, or direct pour. FiberMesh does not change how you pour concrete. 4. Finish the Surface Float, trowel, or level the concrete as normal. Fibers may be slightly visible on the surface before curing, but they disappear after finishing. 5. Cure Properly
