Basic process of sand making production line: First, the stone is preliminarily crushed by the coarse crusher. Then, the produced coarse material is transported to the fine crusher by a belt conveyor for further crushing. The finely crushed stone enters the vibrating screen to separate two types of stones to meet the feed requirements of the sand making machine. The gravel with the same particle size goes into the sand making machine, and the other part of the returned material goes into fine crushing. Part of the stones fed into the sand making machine is made into sand, which is cleaned by a sand washing machine (optional) and made into finished sand.
