The Nile 100-150tph Sand Making Line Working Flow: 1. The stone is first crushed by the jaw crusher. Then the material is conveyed to the secondary crushing equipment (impact crusher or cone) by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing. 2. The belt conveyor transported the 0-40mm aggregate to the VSI vertical impact crusher machine-made sand. Materials more significant than 10mm return to the VSI machine for crushing again, forming a closed loop. 3. 5-10mm material can be partially finished according to the discharge requirements. Materials less than 5mm enter the sand washing machine for cleaning. (Note: The cone crusher is used for the crushing equipment of high-hardness material sand making, and the impact crusher is used for the crushing equipment of low-hardness material sand making.)
