Sika TopSeal-107 is used for interior and exterior waterproofing and damp-proofing of concrete, brickwork, and blockwork, including applications like basements, water tanks, swimming pools, balconies, and terraces. It's a two-component, pre-dosed, cementitious waterproofing slurry that can also fill cracks, seal pores, protect concrete from de-icing salts and freeze-thaw attack, and act as a levelling mortar for repairs.
