SikaTop Seal-107 is a two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing slurry applied to concrete and masonry to prevent water infiltration. It is ideal for water tanks, basements, balconies, and swimming pools. Apply via brush, trowel, or spray in two coats over a pre-wetted, sound surface.
