Vitamin D3 + K2 * D3 (Cholecalciferol): Increases calcium absorption from the gut into the blood. * K2 (MK-7): Activates proteins (Osteocalcin and MGP) to direct that calcium into bones/teeth and keep it out of arteries/soft tissues. * The Benefit: Prevents arterial calcification while maximizing bone density. * Usage: Fat-soluble; take with a meal containing fat.
