The Uno No Mercy

Expanded deck: Contains more cards than standard UNO (usually around 168 cards with extra action cards). � UNO Cardgame +1 Special action cards: Includes powerful cards like Wild Draw 6, Wild Draw 10, Skip Everyone, Wild Reverse Draw 4, Discard All, and more that can dramatically change the game. � No Mercy Cards Stacking penalties: If a Draw card is played (like +2, +4, +6, +10), players can stack matching or higher Draw cards to increase the total penalty that gets passed on. � No Mercy Cards Hand swapping: Playing a 7 forces a player to swap hands with another player, and playing a 0 makes all players pass their hand to the next player. � UNO Cardgame +1 Mercy Rule (elimination): If a player ever ends up with 25 or more cards in their hand, they’re out of the game — a twist that gives the version its name. �
