Sugar Cane Extractor

Sugarcane extractor is a machine designed to crush sugarcane stalks in order to extract their juice. It’s commonly used in juice shops, farms, and small-scale sugar processing setups. Rollers (crushing system): Usually made of stainless steel or cast iron. The sugarcane stalks are fed between these rollers, which press and squeeze out the juice. Motor or manual drive: Extractors can be manual (hand-cranked) or electric-powered, depending on scale and usage. Juice outlet: A spout or channel where the extracted juice flows out after crushing. Bagasse outlet: The dry, fibrous residue (called bagasse) is expelled separately after juice extraction. Frame/body: Typically made of stainless steel for durability, hygiene, and resistance to rust.
