Steering Rack Sensors

• Electric Steering Racks (Common on W204, W212, W246, W205): Modern Mercedes vehicles use an Electric Power Steering (EPS) rack. The sensor is built internally into the rack's motor housing. It measures exactly how hard you are twisting the wheel (torque) and what direction the motor is spinning.
