Prevent theft when fitted to steering wheel by making driving virtually impossible. Fitting Instructions: With the handle held toward the passenger side of the car. Extend the hooks in opposite directions. Looping each hook on either side of the steering wheel. The device will automatically lock in position. Place the hooks above the steering wheel if possible.
