Sikatop Seal 105 Waterproofing

SikaTop-105 Seal KE, a two-component, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproofing slurry. Product: SikaTop-105 Seal KE. Purpose: Multi-purpose waterproofing for both internal and external applications, including concrete water works, balconies, bathrooms, basements, and cellars. Components: It comes as a pre-batched system with a liquid component (A) and a grey powder component (B). Application: Can be applied by brush, trowel, or spray. Advantages: Impermeable, good adhesion to sound substrates, and suitable for use in tropical and hot climates.
