Sawdust Briquetting Unit

Our Rod making machine, also known as sawdust briquette machine is ideal for making briquette without a binder instantly. The equipment is the main molding equipment for the sawdust briquetting production. Compatible with other material which should be less than 12% of the water content i.e bamboo, wood, fruit shells, straw (except rice stalk, wheat straw) and other granular waste (length ≤5mm, diameter ≤3mm). The process involves a high temperature, high pressure process thus extruding into a solid rod with a central hole. The available shape: cylindrical, square, hexagonal, pentagon with edge with a diameter of: 45mm, 50mm,60mm,70mm,80mm with 15-20 mm hole in it and so on. The material should be of Size: 0-5mm with Moisture Content ranging from 8%-12%. Production Capacity ranges from 250kgs-500kgs per Hour. Call us on
