The 2UUL Pre-Cut Thermal Pads (Model SC02) are specialized, highly conductive silicone pads designed primarily for mobile phone and electronics repair. Pre-cut into convenient 12 × 12 × 1.5 mm squares, they are used to dissipate heat away from IC chips and protect sensitive board components during hot air rework.
