Plot for Sale in Migori

The plot is in the fast growing area of Ombo just past the District Hospital. It's 50 by 100 in size, has four rental units. Electricity is connected with each unit having it's own meter. Each unit has a sitting room, bedroom and Kitchen. Bathrooms and Latrines are outside two each. There is enough space to build other units. River Migori is also in the vicinity in addition to a water well within the compound. The title is in my name, meaning no brokerage involved.
