LC-LC patch cord is a piece of optical cable with one or two fibers (with a 3 mm buffer coating), each of which is terminated with an LC optical connector. The patch cord is used for connection between various network devices or between a network device and a fiber optic cross or inside a fiber optic cross. Optical patch cords with LC connectors use holders on the connector body for easy plugging into the socket.
