Morrowind, previously named Dwemereth, Veloth, Resdayn, Resdaynia, and Dunmereth, is the nation in the northeast corner of Tamriel, and the home of the Dunmer. It is dominated by the large island of Vvardenfell and its centerpiece, the ash-spewing Red Mountain, but also includes territory on the continental mainland.
