Use 1. Wet your skin with lukewarm water 2. Scoop a small amount of scrub 3. Gently massage in circular motion on body - focus on dark areas like elbows, knees, knuckles. Don't use on face or broken skin. 4. Leave for 2-3 minutes 5. Rinse off thoroughly with water 6. Moisturize after Use 2-3 times per week only, not daily.
