Mechanical Weight and Height
Product Description
A mechanical weight and height machine is a non-electronic instrument used to measure a person’s body weight and height accurately.
The machine has a strong base with a flat platform on which the person stands for weight measurement. When weight is applied, an internal system of springs, levers, or balance beams responds, and the reading is shown on a calibrated scale, dial, or sliding beam, usually in kilograms.
Attached to the machine is a vertical height measuring rod (stadiometer) marked in centimeters. A movable horizontal headpiece is lowered until it rests on the top of the head while the person stands upright without shoes. The height is then read directly from the scale.
The machine is durable, easy to use, does not require electricity, and provides reliable measurements when properly calibrated.
