Hopper: The large galvanized metal funnel at the top where coffee cherries are fed.Pulping Drum: The horizontal, textured metal cylinder that applies pressure to squeeze the beans out of the cherries.Flywheel & Hand Crank: The orange wheel used to manually rotate the drum. Some models, like the one shown, also include a V-belt and pulley system, allowing it to be powered by an external electric motor or petrol engine if desired.Base Frame: A heavy-duty steel structure that provides stability during operation.Capacity: Most manual units can process approximately 30 to 100 kg of cherries per hour, depending on the operator's speed.
