Mancala Ancient Board Games With Strategies

Product Description
*MANCALA*
Ancient strategy board game with roots in Africa and Asia.
Played on a wooden board (or dug holes in the ground) with pits/cups and stones/seeds.
Typically 2 players.
Goal: collect the most stones in your “store” (also called mancala or kalaha).
Players take turns picking up all stones from one pit and sowing them counterclockwise into the following pits.
If the last stone lands in your store, you get an extra turn.
If the last stone lands in an empty pit on your side, you capture that stone plus the stones in the opposite pit.
Game ends when one side of the board is empty; remaining stones go to the opponent’s store.
Combines counting, strategy, and forward planning.
