Heel Cup (Insole)

Heel cups are worn inside of shoes, and they're used for the purpose of protecting and supporting the heel of the foot. Some people use heel cups in order to ease pain from conditions such as plantar fasciitis. Others use heel cups to reduce pain and fatigue when standing or walking for prolonged periods.
