Hand Sanitizer

This is a Liquid, gel, or foam antiseptic agent used to kill germs, bacteria, and viruses on the hands when soap and water are unavailable. It typically contains 60–95% alcohol (ethanol or isopropanol) to denature proteins and destroy microorganisms. It is most effective when rubbed into dry hands and not wiped off.
