Grinder Carbon Brushes

Grinder carbon brushes are small, replaceable blocks of carbon graphite that conduct electrical current between the stationary wires and the spinning rotor of a grinder’s motor. By riding against the rotating commutator, they complete the electrical circuit required to keep the tool running. Because they endure constant friction, carbon brushes naturally wear down over time.
