Fresh fried omene(sardines) are Fresh omena which undergo thorough process and preparation for better quality and taste. A well prepared can go more than a half a year without any preservative with it's nutrition content intact. Very cost effective, very nutritious, easy to cook, You can as well take it direct without further preparation.
