Product Description
1. The damaged tyre area is prepared and cleaned.
2. A patch or repair material is placed over the damage.
3. The tyre and patch are loaded into the vulcanizer.
4. The machine heats the rubber to the right temperature (usually around 140–180 °C) and applies pressure for a set time.
5. Heat and pressure cause the rubber molecules to cross-link, creating a strong bond that restores tyre integrity.
