Our Gabion Mattresses are engineered from double-twisted hexagonal woven steel wire mesh (in accordance with EN 10223-3), with heavy galvanization or PVC coating for superior corrosion resistance. Typically 2m–6m in length, 1m–2m in width, and 0.17m–0.3m in height, these units are designed for erosion control, riverbank protection, and slope stabilization. The flexible structure adapts to ground movement without losing integrity, while internal diaphragms at 1m intervals maintain shape and stone fill distribution. Lightweight for transport and easy to assemble on-site, they ensure a long service life even in aggressive environments.
