Fire Blanket

fire blanket is used to smother small fires by cutting off oxygen, or to protect a person whose clothes are on fire. To use one, pull the tabs to release the blanket, wrap your hands in the top folded edges for protection, and then carefully place the blanket over the fire to completely cover it. For fires on a person, gently wrap the blanket around them to smother the flames, and always leave the blanket in place for at least 30 minutes.
