Feed Pallet Machine

​Flat Die Pellet Mill: In this design, the die is a flat, circular plate with holes. Rollers rotate on top of the die, pressing the material down and through the holes. Flat die machines are typically smaller, more affordable, and suitable for small-scale farms, individual farmers, and home use. ​Ring Die Pellet Mill: This type features a cylindrical, ring-shaped die with rollers inside. The material is fed into the inner circumference of the die and pressed outward through the holes. Ring die machines are generally larger, have a higher output capacity, and are more suitable for large-scale commercial feed production due to their efficiency and ability to produce higher-quality, more uniform pellets.
