Dr. Fixit 302 Super Latex is a versatile product used for various construction and repair applications. Areas of Application: It functions as a bond coating for plaster, concrete, and brick masonry; a waterproof repair plaster; a crack repair solution for cracks over 5mm; and a coating for preventing rebar corrosion. Key Features: It's a multipurpose, economical product that improves adhesion, prevents cracking, enhances hardness, reduces shrinkage, and provides waterproofing and durability. Precautions & Limitations: Do not dilute; apply over damp but dry-to-touch surfaces; not recommended for very critical concrete repairs; protect waterproof coats with screeds/plasters; re-apply bond Coverage: For bonding and waterproofing applications, 1 kg of Super Latex covers approximately 70-80 sq. ft in two coats.
