Cylinder Leak Down Tester Kit, Engine Leakage Test Tool

Cylinder leak gauge set is designed to detect a variety of common engine faults such as worn piston rings, worn valves, cracks in cylinder walls, cylinder bores, blown head gaskets etc. Dual scale dial pressure gauge measuring range from 0 to 7 bar (0-100 psi), and the leakage gauge with four color coded range marked with HIGH, MODERATE, LOW, SET. The leak down tester is connected to one of the cylinders, compressed air (45-100psi) is fed into that particular cylinder through the built in pressure regulator. Diagnosis is made by observing the amount of leakage that is indicated on the cylinder leakage gauge and by listening for leakage at various points of the cars system. Suitable for petrol engines with 10mm or 12mm spark plugs and ideal for testing trucks and cars, especially in tight spaces.
