Cut 5 Resistant Gloves

Cut 5 refers to a cut-resistant glove rated under the EN 388 standard (old EN 388:2003 test) where: Level 5 = highest cut resistance on the old 1–5 scale. It means the glove material withstands at least ~20 passes of a rotating blade before being cut through.
