Culvert Baloon

These are used to form hollow cylindrical or oval spaces when making concrete culverts, bridges, and other pre-casting formwork. The balloons are made from high-strength synthetic rubber and fabric layers, allowing them to be flexible yet durable enough to withstand the pressure of concrete and air. When in use, the balloon is placed within the formwork and inflated with compressed air to hold its shape. Once the concrete sets, the air is released, and the deflated balloon is easily removed, saving time and material compared to traditional molds.
