CORAGEN is an anthranilic diamide insecticide with a novel mode of action. It acts by binding to and activating insect ryanodine receptors, activating the release and depletion of the calcium stores of smooth and striated muscle, causing impaired muscle regulation, paralysis and ultimately insect death.
