Cloudifiers (or clouding agents) are food additives primarily used in the beverage industry to create a visually appealing, natural-looking haze in clear or low-juice liquids. They increase opacity, provide a milky mouthfeel, and mask unsightly separation or ringing of flavoring oils on the surface of drinks.
