SFP Form Factor Hot-pluggable: The module can be inserted or removed while the device is powered on. Fits into SFP (mini-GBIC) cages on Cisco switches and routers. RJ-45 Copper Port Provides a standard RJ-45 connector on the front of the optical module. You plug a regular Ethernet patch cable into it — just like a normal network port. Auto-Negotiation Automatically negotiates speed/duplex ( Mbps full-duplex) based on the connected device. Supports auto-MDI/MDIX — no special crossover cable needed.
