Product Description
Recoil starter uses a pull cord to manually start a small engine by winding up a spring. The user pulls the cord, which unwinds and engages the spring. When the cord is released, the stored energy in the spring spins the engine's crankshaft via a pulley and pawl mechanism, initiating the combustion cycle. This is commonly seen on lawnmowers, chainsaws, and small generators.
