The bell is then suspended using a strong string. Water ,then flows from an overhead rank through the PpR pipe , throughout the black pipe onto the surface of the bell where the chicken drink from ,on the sides As the birds drink,more water is refilled up to a level which was set at the first time , during installation Therefore the drinkers can never overflow The black weight at the bottom gives weight to the bell to enhance balance and prevent swaying which would result into spillage
