Functionality: It uses a heat sensor to detect temperature changes and trigger an alarm. Installation: It is designed for easy installation without the need for wiring, making it suitable for open area protection. Alarm Indication: The detector has a red LED that provides a 360° visible alarm indication. The LED flashes once per minute to indicate that the power is on and the device is working. In case of an alarm, the LED remains on until the temperature is lower than the alarm threshold. Testing and Muting: A test button allows users to check if the detector is functioning correctly. Pressing the button simulates a fire alarm, and it can also be used for local muting during a fire. Power Source: It operates on a 9VDC battery, with a battery life of at least one year. When the battery is low, the red LED flashes.
