How to Use an Ab Roller Wheel
Starting Position: Kneel on a mat or cushion with the ab roller in front of you. Grip the handles with both hands, keeping your wrists aligned under your shoulders.
Rollout: Keeping your core tight and back straight, slowly roll the wheel forward, extending your arms and body towards the floor. Inhale as you roll out.
Return: Use your core muscles to slowly pull the wheel back to the starting position. Exhale as you return.
