An air compressor gauge measures pressure within the system to ensure safe and efficient operation. Typically, two gauges are used: one monitors the tank pressure (total stored air), while the second shows the regulated output pressure for tools. They prevent over-pressurization, ensure tools receive correct pressure, and detect leaks. Tank Gauge: Indicates the amount of air available in the storage tank. Regulator Gauge: Shows the pressure set for the specific air tool currently in use. Adjustment: Use the pressure regulator knob to turn clockwise to increase pressure or counterclockwise to decrease it.
