Material/Composition: The primary material is high-purity Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), though Polyamide (PA) and Polyethylene Sulfide (PES) variations exist for specific applications. Black powders often include activated carbon to help block dye migration on dark garments.
Particle Size: Sizes are categorized as fine, medium, or coarse, typically ranging from 0 to 300 microns (μm). Melting Point Range: The powder begins to melt (gel) at temperatures generally between 105°C and 130°C (221°F and 266°F).
